Caring for a loved one with a disability or impairment can be difficult. There are many obstacles to work around- one of the most difficult tasks is getting in and out of the bed. There are many items you can purchase to assist with this task: from bed bars and rails to full hospital-type electric beds. Many of the current bed models look homely rather than clinical or hospital-like and the mattresses range from low-level care through to extra pressure care to avoid bed sores... even air-overlays for maximum relief!
